Peter Cotton
National Practice Director
Architect. Peter joined Mirvac Design 1989 and became the National Practice Director in 2004. As the Design Director for the Newington Olympic Village, Peter led the architectural team through the successful bid phase to the start of the Sydney 2000 Olympics. Peter most recently held the dual positions of National Manager of Product Development for the Mirvac Group and National Practice Director for Mirvac Design before focussing on the centralisation of Mirvac Design from early 2009.

Diana Sarcasmo
National Business Development Director
Architect. Diana has over 14 years experience in the graphic design and architecture industries. She joined Mirvac Design in 1999 as the Manager of the Presentation & Design team. She holds Masters Degrees in Business Management and Digital Media. Diana is responsible for graphics, marketing and communication at a national level.

Adrian King
National Operations Director
Architect. Since Adrian joined Mirvac Design in 1997 he has been Design Manager on a number of major projects including Newington, Walsh Bay and Magenta Shores. In 2004 he was appointed the Practice Director for the New South Wales offices. As National Business Process Practice Director, Adrian is responsible for the financial management, HR and programming of the practice and its projects.

Ron Chuck
National Technical Director
Ron joined Mirvac Design in 1988 and has over 35 years experience in building services design, building compliance and sustainability in Australia and New Zealand. He is an Accredited Green Star Professional and as the National Technical Director he is responsible for all building services and infrastructure design, engagement and coordination of services and sustainability consultants.

Tony Shepherd
Practice Director, Victoria
Architect. In Tony’s 12 years with Mirvac Design he has been Project Architect on a number of major projects including T1, T2, T3 and T4 at Yarra’s Edge Docklands. Since 2000 he has been the Practice Director of the Victorian office and is responsible for the overall direction and management of the practice and its projects.

Robert Graham
Design Director
Architect. Robert has been involved in a wide variety of complex projects both in Australia and overseas. He has worked as a lead architect on developments ranging from premium grade commercial office buildings to multi-storey residential apartments. Currently Robert is responsible for the New Business design team in the Sydney office assessing development opportunities for potential project sites.

Andrew La
Design Director
Architect. Andrew joined Mirvac Design in 1996. He has over 18 years experience working in the UK, China and Australia. He has worked across most building types including leisure, retail, commercial and residential. He is responsible for the management of the New Business team, which includes establishing design direction and design development of all projects in Western Australia.

Chris Nicolas
Technical Director
Architect. Chris joined Mirvac Design in 1999 and has over 20 years experience in building services design and building compliance. He has worked on several retail, high rise residential and commercial office buildings. As the Technical Director of the Victorian office he is responsible for the delivery of major commercial projects from inception to completion.

Paromvong Sinbandhit (Vong)
Urban Design Director
Architect and certified practicing Planner, Vong joined Mirvac Design in 1984 and was appointed Director of Urban Design in 1992. He has over 35 years experience in architecture, planning and urban design. His major works include Raleigh Park NSW, Beacon Cove VIC, Newington the Olympic Village NSW and Burswood WA, among others. He is responsible for setting standards and reviewing all of Mirvac’s major urban planning and housing projects.

Design Director
Architect. Ken joined Mirvac Design in 1999. He has been involved across a variety of building types both in Australia and the Middle East. Currently he is responsible for the New Business design team in Queensland and the process of assessing of development opportunities for project sites.

Michael Wiener
Design Director
Architect. Born in the US, Michael joined Mirvac Design in 1994. He has over 20 years experience working Australia and the United States. As Design Director he has the responsibility to review the architectural output for projects in New South Wales. Michael has also led architectural teams on a number of master planned community development submissions in China, UK and Sydney.
